About our club

Background

The Barr Beacon ARC was formed in February 1985 at the Bar Beacon Community School Walsall(as a result of a suggestion by Mr Frank Fear),with Doug-G0HUD as Chairman and Charles-G0NOL as Secretary and other founding members Aubury-G0OQW,Wilf-G4EQD,Neville-G0WFK and Terry-G1XDV.
The Club changed it's name to Aldridge And Barr Beacon ARC in 1996.

Meeting times

Meeting times:- 1st & 3rd Monday's in the month at 2.0 to 4.0 pm except Bank Holidays and unless otherwise notified.
