TORCH AND WAB
SPECIAL EVENT STATION TO WELCOME THE OLYMPIC TORCH

A group of members went down to Portland where a station GX4WAB had been set up to at Fancy's Farm. The station was on air for the full day with around 347 contacts. Conditions were not all that good with 80m being completely flat for a long period, other bands were not too good either. We did manage to contact Australia and the Shetland Islands!
