SUCCESSFUL FIELD DAY
A dozen members and their families took part in a successful Field Day at Cox Tor, near Princetown. Apart from an early rain shower, the weather was good - although there was a near gale blowing.
Terry 2E1HSL, Alan G4BLI and Ted managed to cope with a pile up on 20M and totalled 110 contacts between 9.30 and 15.30. Contacts from Louisiana in the west and Asiatic Russia made for an exciting day!
