A TRIP DOWN MEMORY LANE.

06 Dec 2015

The Plymouth Radio Club has been in existence for over 90 years. It is understood, that the very first meeting took place over a Mutley Plain radio shop in Plymouth during the 1920,s. However, it was re-formed in 2004 and in its current form has gone from strength to strength with an ever expanding and diverse membership.

Plymouth Radio Club members during the 80ís Scene in the following photograph.(We can't remember the exact date) At that time the club was at Kings Road College with the meetings held in one of the science labs. You can make out the gas point for Bunsen burners on the desk.
