Founded over 30 years ago,we are now well established and the leading Club in Northern Ireland. We operate on the HF bands with Fone, Data Modes, CW and SSTV using a Yaesu FT-897D feeding a 3 element Tri-bander at 75ft.
We also run 2m and 70cm using FM,SSB and CW.
Try calling us (GI4GTY) on 145.500 FM on a Wednesday evening when the Club Shack is most active.
Skeds are also welcome. Contact the Club Secretary or the QSL Manager to arrange.
The Formal Monthly Meeting of the Society is held on the second Wednesday of each month (except July and August) in the club shack near Lisburn but members gather informally at the shack every Wednesday night.
The normal start time is 8PM
