Welcome

80 Years of MARS 1931 - 2011

The Midland Amateur Radio Society, known as MARS, was founded in 1931 and after a number of locations is currently located in Stirchley, Birmingham.

The club supports short wave listeners, licenced amateurs and those wanting to become licenced.
We are able to provide training and testing in all classes of licence. We currently have around sixty members, mainly from the Birmingham area but with members from as far away as Australia.
