APRIL MEETING

I have left this month free to discuss the forthcoming Mills on the Air. I understand this is not finalized as yet, but I still feel we need to discuss who
would like to operate. Afterwards we can have a free chat session as I have been asked by some members to have "Talk Free"  month from time to
time. Its a good opportunity to tap some of the great experience within our club!

The next 3 months will be (hopefully!) filled by 3 external talks. Gavin on D-Star,Chris on collectible radios and Jake on Top Band. 


Other News
 
I have spoken to Justin, M3VPD who has just moved into the area. He hopes to make it to the April meeting and we hope he will join us.

I understand from Jake that GB3EA will have its Aerial checked this coming week and hopefully the problem will be resolved soon.

The South Anglia Repeater Group have there AGM on the 21st of April at the St John Ambulance (Suffolk) Headquarters. Start time is 19.30.  Jake
tells me everybody is welcome and its a chance to put your views on GB3EA and GB3EZ and put forward any ideas you may have for another
repeater or facility. If we don't speak up, we won't get!!  I understand there will be a talk on the forthcoming ATV Repeater as well.
