OLYMPIC TORCH
On the 17th of June the club activated NZ24 square on behalf on the WAB organisation. This was to celebrate the Olympic Torch being in the square on it's journey around the British Isles.
We operated from the clubs meeting room at the college.
The band conditions were not very good due to the Sun misbehaving !
But we worked quite a few stations on the HF and VHF bands.
