Members wishing an item to be included on the Agenda must request such in writing, signed by at least two Members, to the Secretary (Martin MØKZC) at least 10 (ten) days prior to the date of such Meeting (as CARS Constitution section 16).
Nominations for election of Officers and Members of the Committee at the Annual General Meeting should be received by the Secretary (Martin MØKZC) prior to the opening of the meeting. Nominations must be signed by two Members acting as proposer and seconder and have the prior agreement of the nominee (as CARS Constitution section 19).
