EXAM MARKING CHANGES FROM 30/7/13

The RSGB have instigated changes to the way exams are marked - effective from 30/07/2013. All exam candidates will now have to fill in a separate optical marking sheet (OMS) to indicate their answers instead of marking boxes adjacent to the particular question. Both Foundation and Intermediate exams will still be marked locally and an indicative mark given at that time. The OMS will then be sent to the RSGB for machine marking, the final result being issued and uploaded to the Ofcom site after about six working days. All will be explained new candidates attending courses after the above date.
