CLUB AGM - CHANGES

The Club AGM was held on 11/7/13 - many thanks to all who attended - a good 'turnout' of Members and guests. Changes were made to the Committee as a result of the sad departure of Keith G4GCA (SK). The Constitution was also updated to reflect current times. John JG G0SKR becomes Hon. President (non-exec), Spencer G0NIQ returns to the post of Chairman, all other posts were unchanged. Changes were agreed to the Constitution to formalise the post of President, align the timing of the Club financial audit with the AGM notice period and lastly introduce a 'Human Rights' clause on conduct - the revised Constitution will be available on this site (in articles), in the Clubhouse and upon request from the secretary Martin M0KZC.
